Black and White
For the past 22 years, I have experienced a lot of good and bad things in life. Through those experiences i came to realize that I myself is similar to the world we live in, where good and evil exists. I believed that a person is both black and white but i do not believe that both are equal in proportion. The size of each portion differs for every person. It is up to you to control the black you inside and to make sure not to let it gain control over you.
I usually hear this line from my mom, “We sent you to a private school so that you will become a good and well mannered man, Look at you now, everything we invested is all in vain, I regret letting you study in a private school”. I keep hearing those words every damn week of my life. Guess what? i really don’t believe that going to a private school makes me a better person than a person who studies in a public school. I believe that studying in a private / catholic school does not eradicate the black Ron inside of me, instead it only suppresses and sends it deeper down within myself until it becomes dormant. But by being treated like a piece of shit by different people over the years, The black me begins to awaken and each day a battle between white and black is being fought. The black me made me as uncontrollable and destructive as a fire when i am pissed off. The white me made me as subtle and calm as a water whenever i am in a good mood. Both black and white made me as tough and stable as the earth. I believe that even if you are the most ruthless and heartless criminal in the world, you have a White you hidden and suppressed in the depths of yourself waiting for you to call out for him. You might be wondering why this post is entitled black and white. The answer for that is plain and simple, It is because i will be talking about some of my experiences, both good and bad and you will be able to see the White me and as well as the Black me. This is a new section in my blog and i will try my best to make it interesting and informative. Goodbye for now! We will meet again in my next article on this section soon.
